Tailoring is the art of designing, cutting, fitting, and finishing clothes.
Primepak Multi-Purpose Cooperative provides tailoring services for making company uniforms. Uniforms are designed based on customer’s order. This is to ensure proper fit.
We’re all about the detailed and perfectly fitting uniforms. That’s why our efficient and knowledgeable staff and tailors are front & center to guarantee you don’t leave with anything less.
We assemble garment parts. Join parts with basting stitches using needles and thread with sewing machines.
In addition, we also develop, copy and adapt designs of garments. Design patterns to fit measurements. Applying knowledge of garment design, construction, styling, and fabric in the industry. Estimate how much a garment will cost based on factors such as time and materials.
See our works. Thank you.
We also repair or replace defective garment parts such as pockets, zippers, snaps, buttons, and linings.
Walk-ins are Welcome.
Garment Construction & Production Process
Garment construction usually guided by a pattern. A pattern can be quite simple; some patterns are almost made nothing than a mathematical formula.
First of all the sewer calculates based on the intended wearer’s measurements. The sewer has the measurements needed to cut the cloth. And then sew the garment together. Finally, the garment undergoes a series of finishing procedures from thread cutting to pressing, setting into the right shape to assess overall quality.
